The Ansel Adams Gallery is committed to providing the highest quality fine art and home decor; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require an exchange or refund.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the artwork or home goods in the original shipping container and protective materials to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item back to our gallery using a trackable and insured carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once our curators receive and inspect the returned item to verify its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
